load E/B form an image

Hi all,

If I use the option, load E/B form an image i.e. ("Edges and boundries" that define the RIO "Region of Intrest" for DIC).

So which information or which type of picture I should to load?

I have a simple rectangular tensile test speciem. I used the same .bmp image that I used for stain stage. But by using this, program crashes. Does any one know or can anyone post his speciemn boundires .bmp image?

Thanks

ROI

Reply to Mask/Boudary

Hassan,

It requires you to load the mask or boudary. Can you go to the tutorial, there is one youtube video show how to create the boudary.

Cheers,

ROI is an 8-bit (256 gray scale) image with line drawing. In you case, you can simply draw a rectangle (line only, without filling).
